This one might be a little hard, but you could try bringing LIVE goldfish in, then put them in the toilet(s). I've heard of this being done a long time ago in my school, and they were found out, but didn't really get in trouble. It helped though that we had a very nice principal.

Well. its not really a prank but a good time. you and a group of five or four friends bring different colored Bingo Dobbers to school and on the last day yall go around and "Mark your Territory!!!!"

well anyways put ketchup/mustard packets on chairs
but make sure they have a tinyy whole made from a needle
if sum1 sits on it, it wuld be funny

do something like making a fake assembly 4 teachers(put letters in their mailbox)
or....
sneak in 2 the main office and announce something stupid out on the speaker or just tourn it on and do something else so some 1 like bi**** at u over the speaker........
