You cannot sue a doctor for being "wrong". You can sue one for being negligent. There is a substantial difference.

How about you just get over the fact that no one can be perfect and move on with your life. It's not like she gave you chemotherapy when in fact you just had the sniffles. What a brat. Someone makes a small mistake and so you jump on the chance to sue them. What for? Money? You're not going to get anything worth your while. But, I mean, I'm sure YOU've never made a mistake in your life. So it must be really hard for you to grasp that we're not all perfect gods like yourself.

that sounds like a bad idea. doctors aren't omniscient. You can't expect them to HAVE your answers. Its a terrible thing when something goes unnoticed, and I understand your anger and a need to place it on the doctor who didn't catch it. If he wasn't negligent, and the diagnosis was appropriate for what symptoms you had, then it's not a smart idea to sue, you'll lose your time and money. Im sorry that you are hurt or sick. I hope you are able to have some kind of relief.

You an always try and sue, but if they did not do anything "wrong" merley not getting the diagnosis correct based on the available data, is not always a reason for a law suit.

Unless you signed a malpractice agreement before hand. And remember, they call it "Practicing medicine."
