I've been in a similar boat, though not with those same symptoms. You should consider going to see a doctor about what's bothering you--preferably one who is compassionate. When I initially went to a doctor about weight he belittled the heck out of me and so it's been a few years since my last check up--which is ridiculous and a stupid choice on my part. Get yourself checked out. I'm having to buck up and do the same thing. ;-)

You might also want to consider talking with a counselor and/or nutritionist. A counselor has helped me out quite a bit with figuring out why I am how I am and how to change that if that's what I want. Once more, one who is understanding and compassionate. If they make you feel like poo you probably aren't going to want to follow the instructions they put forth.

Journaling about food, mood, sleep patterns, and exercise can be helpful too.

Lots of things "can" happen, but talk to your doctor before you worry too much. :-)

You could develop high blood pressure and diabetes.

Please see a doctor about a weight loss program. Life can get better once you regain a healthy weight.

If eating is an issue for you, you might want to look into any type of weight loss surgery. I would recommend the adjustable lap band for someone your age. Contrary to other types of WLS this one only restricts the amount of food you can eat. It does not change the size of your stomach pouch or the length of your intestines.

"Morbidly obese individuals (>200% ideal body weight) have as much as a twelvefold increase in mortality."

If you are obese and do not lose weight there are many consequences such as pulmonary abnormalities, gallstones, cancer, osteoarthritis, reproductive disorders, hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance (sometimes leading to type 2 diabetes), hypertension, glucose intolerance, atherosclerotic coronary artery disease, and abnormality of the cardiovascular system characterized by increases in total and central blood volumes, cardiac output, and left ventricular filling pressure. There are many diseases and health issues related to obesity. It is harder to find something negative that definitely won't happen to a patient as a result of obesity.

darlin it sounds like your symptoms are due to your weight, you should get a complete check up...blood pressure checked the whole nine yards. See the doctor and let him or her put you on a program.
