Nope. In fact, it's your patriotic duty to NOT trust the government. It's their job to prove that they are working in our country's best interests. That's what we're paying 'em for! Check out "civil disobedience" by Thoreau, if you haven't already.

Just think, if enough people in Germany in the late 1930's *didn't* trust the government, millions of people's lives could have been saved. Just a thought.....

No, and I say that with the governments all over the world.

Imagine if we trusted them all, there would be no conspiracy theories and our lives would be dull of nothing to report in the news, gossip mags, etc....

because if you dont, the CIA will tap your phone, the IRS will freeze your assets and the FBI will arrest you on trumped up charges. Be very, very careful.

then dont trust it. give me your money if you dont trust them. i trust them with somethings and others i dont trust them. in my opinion is what can you trust of the government to do, and what cant you trust them with-for ex- my life.
