1. Life span: big tortoises are known to live over 200 years in protected situations. Many other species of turtles and tortoises are known to break 100 years old pretty regularly, but most 'pond turtles' only hit about 20-40 normally.

2. Feeding: In general, how often is not as important as 'what' and 'how much'. We feed most babies daily, young turtles every other day, and old turtles every 3 days.

3. Hibernation: Some turtles NEVER hiberate- don't even know how. Some hibernate in parts of their range, but not others, some always hibernate.

We could offer better answers if we knew which of the 300+ species of turtle you were wondering about.

Certain types of turtles, like Red-Eared Sliders can live up to 100 years! Also Sea Turtles can live even longer!

Younger turtles should be fed once a day but adult turtles only need to be fed every 2-3 days.

Turtles do hibernate if they have a place to burry themselves and if it's cold enough (a turtle living outside WILL hibernate) If they are indoor pets, they almost definitely will NOT hibernate.

It does depend on the type of turtle you have. Red eared sliders, for instance, live about 50 years if taken proper care of. Sea turtles, which are illegal to have as pets and get absolutely humongous, live over 100 years.
You should feed your turtle once a day in the morning. If your turtle is over 5" in diameter, feed it every other day once in the morning with feeder fish in the tank.
Turtles in the wild do. Turtle in captivity usually don't. Most captive turtles are forced to hibernate by their owners. Most captive turtles do not survive hibernation. Unless you plan on breeding your turtles, there is no reason to force them to hibernate. Hibernation is caused by the temps getting too cold. The death factor is why if you keep your turtles outside it's highly recomended to bring them inside for winter.
