No,I would not support the Patriot act for anything. I also do not believe it matters to much if a president is republican or democrat. All that is,is a bunch of b.s. to separate us Neither side gives a crap about us they all only care about their own gain.

They would as long as the Dem was in office, then when a Republican took over they'd immediately go into flip-flop mode and say that they were never in favor of it, just like the people who are criticising it here.

Get this straight - I would not support the Patriot Act under ANY president. Supporting the party line come hell or high water is a Republican trait, not democratic.

I doubt it: the Patriot Act removes civil rights.
How many of your rights are you willing to give up to feel 5% safer? 10%? 50%?
Why bother having rights if you are too afraid to keep them?
Would you live in a small black box just to be safe? If so, there is a mortuary you can visit right in town.
