He was. He purposely does the opposite of his father on every policy. His dad hated Jews, he embraces Israel. His dad pulled out of Iraq without taking out Saddam. George went back in, and took him out. See the pattern here? His dad wanted closed boarders, George says, come on in.

He was too busy failing at some venture and is so arrogant he doesn't listen to anyone even his daddy anyway. He is a spoiled brat.
