Paris is a multiple offender that would be counted as a felony in any court in America over DUI's and driving while suspended. She needs to serve her bit and make her amends to society. I can guarantee you that Arnold isn't signing any pardons for Paris Hilton to slide on any DUI's. Paris told the judge with her supporters that she is above the law, but reality will see her doing her rehab and 45 day bit in the poky. Here in Indiana she would do the time then have to report for drug court for over a year with urine screens weekly at her expense. If Paris violated she would then be sent to prison to do her full time day for day. She committed a crime, do the time.

Yes I do believe that Paris should go to jail. She is nothing but a spoiled, horrible excuse for a woman. If she evades jail I will not be able to use a Hilton hotel again.

No. This is probably part of some conspiracy to get the attorneys/judges who worked against her to some new level of fame... they should not have been so harsh on her! Fine her $14329483290 or force her to do some community service or something... even her manager admitted he gave her wrong information. Jail is way too harsh.

But I think it's wrong that Paris Hilton is expecting to be let off just like that. She's using her celebrity status to get off. She's even advertising her own petition her friend started and she's asking Arnold to help her! Talk about a bratty princess...

But she really is upset. Check out In Style magazine (I'm pretty sure) and they have pictures of her crying and everything (big invasion of privacy but interesting).

Anyone who doesn't think "Paris" should go to jail is asking for a revolution...I'm not asking for one...but this kind of double standard will not go unnoticed. Paris is one of the most worthless pieces of flesh on the planet. What a waste! Her money means nothing if she doesn't have an ounce of decency in her. I look more favorably on the poor lady doing charity work at her church then this overinflated bimbo with money.

Paris going to goal is absolute crap. It is purely a political stunt. She should have been fined and we all know it. Nobody in there right mind would expect to go to prison for a driving infringement. The judge is using her to set an example, i bet if she wasn't Paris Hilton she would have got off with a slap on the wrist or a fine.
