No. You are still married to someone else, and anything could happen. Don't put your girlfriend through anything she doesn't deserve by jumping the gun.
In fact, my advice would be to move OUT of her house, stop seeing her, and don't see ANYONE for at least six months after your divorce is final. Somebody above me said it: you're cycling into marriage-divorce. This smells like a setup for your girlfriend, though you don't intend it that way.
Six months after your divorce is final, if you still want to see her, start dating your GF all over again.

Wait until the divorce is finalized even if its after your 1st anniversary. I would pick another day... the day you first "knew" she was the one, the first day you did something special together (not necessarily that) that was out of the ordinary.

What what it's worth... My sister was seeing a man who was legally married to someone else. The day after his divorce to his first wife was finalized, they got married. Suffice it to say, this second marriage didn't work, either. Unfortunately, my nephew is paying the price. Slow down. You don't even know what it's like to be on your own.

You could go ahead and ask but you wont be able to get married until your divorce is finalized. My parents got married the day after my dads divorce was final. If you truly love her then ask her. **my dad did not cheat with my mom his ex was already with someone else.**

Wait until it's final. You already cheated on your wife by shacking up with this girl while still married. Maybe you should think twice about getting married so quickly. Haven't you learned your lesson?
