I've heard half of the world saying that Lost is wrapping up in these three episodes, and the other half saying that it will end in 2010. I NEED to figure this out.

Lost ends in 3 season not 3 episodes and the 2010 season is the correct end time

It is going to end the season in 3 episodes and the series is going to end in 2010.

Not 3 episodes, they just finalized a deal to end it after 3 more SEASONS of 16 episodes each

what they mean is three episodes left OF THE SEASON (3).
Lost will be six seasons total. The last three seasons will be 16 episodes long and back to back (thank GOODNESS).

According to the internet and show biz shows(et, insider, etc) Lost will wrap up in 2010. also they are considering starting the show in January and run all new episodes through May, with no breaks or reruns(yay!!!).
