Growing old alone and dying alone sounds horrible and not giving parents grandchildren is unbearable for me.

Everyone should get married. It's a life changing event and a great experience for most couples.Although some marriages end badly you will find that there are some great times being married.I was married for sixteen years and enjoyed it.Now that I am single again I still think marriage is a good idea.
I don't think I would get married again for different reasons mostly because dating has changed so much.Woman have a different out look on things now.

I know I do. I have only had four people to call my family. So, I have always wanted to make my own family. I want to marry into a big family and have lots of kids and grand kids, and I hope I am lucky enough to get great grand kids. I understand what you are saying. I dream of it everyday. If only you could find the right person straight away when you wanted them and stop wasting so much time being alone.

Not being married certainly doesn't rule out those things!!

You can fill your life with the love of friends & family, and you can have grandckids for your parents through single adoption.

You can have a perfectly happy & fulfilling life as a single.
But don't give up hope about finding your soul mate either---I found mine after a failed 24 year marriage. Even MARRYING never guarantees happily ever after!

When I was younger I planned to join the military so I didnt want to get married and I was going to have my tubes tied so I wouldnt bring any kids into this world and have to uproot them every couple of years. Then I met my now husband
(non military) and the day I was due to signs I found out I was with a kid so no I didnt worry about getting married for the fact of having someone but I did and I dont regret it

I've done that kind of silly worrying after getting dumped before. Somebody always comes along and proves me wrong about that possibility though..

Would I like one of those great romances? Yeah, I think I am ready for one of those, and I think I deserve it too: I've paid my dues, admitted my wrongs, worked on change, and I think I have what it takes now.

Wish me luck.
