I am the same as you. I need hot showers during the wintertime to heat my skin up, and cold showers during the summer to cool my body temp. down.

Hot showers unless it's really hot outside - then I take a warm shower, I never take a cold shower

Both...depends on what my body temperature is before I take a shower. If I am burning hot, then I take a cold shower to cool down. If I am freezing cold, then I take a warm shower.

Depends, after a hard day at work sometimes the hot water feels good on the muscles even in the summer. In the winter sometimes an early cold shower snaps me right awake. But for the most part I agree with you

If you take cold showers that's great not only are you saving on money ,but also on energy. Warm showers are ok, but you shouldn't really take hot showers. For one the hot water makes your hair smell and it is also more costly and energy consuming.
