--> 56x^2-40xy-21xy+15y^2)
56x^2-61xy+15y^2 <--answer

use FOIL to solve: First, Outer, Inner, Last
(8x times 7x)=56x^2
(8x times -5y)= -40xy
(-3y times 7x)= -21xy
(-3y times -5y)= 15y^2

combine all like terms and theres your answer
