Depends what you mean by safe.. if you mean you won't get pregnant then no.. still use a condom..
If you mean medically.. sure you can have sex on your period, its just a little messy so have a towel handy

ummm yeah, I'm sorry but thats just unsanitary. It might be "safe" in meaning it wont cause u to get sick but that is very unsanitary and if the man respects you he can wait. Its only a few days. I'm guessing you're really young...

lol yes, and actually, when I'm cramping really bad, sex seems to relieve some of the cramping and tenderness. but, trow a towel down or be in the shower ;)

just do it like you would do it if you weren't on it. just lay down a towel if the flow is heavy. there is no danger in period sex.
