As in do it again? You can, but removing more skin isn't a good idea.

If it's too tight you'd risk too tight (and painful) erections (you need some skin so erections can be supported) and the skin could pull it to the head, so you'd end up with hair half way into your shaft.

So having loose skin when soft is very common for that reason.

I am not really sure what you're asking. If you are circumcised but still want less skin, then, yes, if you really want to put yourself through all that pain, it can be done, although it's a mystery to me why you would want to.

If you are asking whether a circumcision can be reversed, then the answer is "sort of." You can't get real foreskin back, but the skin you have can be gradually stretched/expanded to cover the glans (head of the penis) so you have some of the protection that an intact man has. Many men have reported good results and better sexual experiences after "restoring," but it's a very slow process. For more information, go to http://www.norm.org -- and good luck to you.

There are foreskin restoration techniques that work. But it takes a long time, is a lot of work, and requires daily vigilance. Too, you can never really replace the nerve endings that were removed during the circumcision. On the other hand, it doesn't cost much, can restore some advantages of the uncircumcised penis, and the appearance is quite good. See link below.

Yeah there are some sickos who get off on having it as tight as possible, or even on the surgery itself and some of them have it "revised" several times. That fact that these warped individuals are out there is why you can't believe a lot of the before and after stories they tell.

Spelling: circumcised/ recircumcised or a circumcision revision. This is common for many reasons: foreskin still too long; scar removal; foreskin too loose needs tightening; needs frenulum removed because it is torn, etc. Check out the website below.

Never heard of it. Once it's gone, it's gone.

Then again, there's a LOT they can do with plastic surgery these days. lol
