I seem to have a nack for bad relationships. My current boyfriend is an alcoholic and spent the first year of our relationship going out and partying all night, now he is sober for four months but that doesn't seem to completely solve our relationship. I got what I wanted and it still isn't enouph. Is it time to get out of this relationship?

It was probably funny before but now he's just plain old boring. At least you got to see the real him and its not what you want. Do what makes you happy.

I am in a relatonship with a drug addict/alcoholic, 3 years now. It may be that if he was always drunk during your first year you may not really know him... you knew the guy who drank. People change for the better OR worse when they kick an addiction. Good luck!

If your not happy -- it's time to end the relationship. Otherwise you won't be available when the right guy comes along.
