If you mean from the time they get pregnant until they have babies, that about 28 days normally. If you mean how long from the time they start t have babies until the last one is born that really depends on a lot of factors and can be anywhere from a few minutes to several hours.

Really it depends. My molly gave birth and I did not notice all the babies until a few days later.
This is probably becuse I have many ornaments in my tank and the babies were hiding from their mother.
However if you plan on keeping the babies I would put the mother in a tank with no ornaments or gravel. Once the mother gives birth put the mother back in and care for your fry. If you are not interested in cultivating fry just let the babies be eaten by their mother. Molly babies will eat regular fish food just crumble the flakes into small pieces.

Mollies are live bearers. The female will start to swell in the midsection, if I'm not mistaken it takes around two weeks for them to give birth. But anyway as someone pointed out they will eat their young. So either have a separate tank and after mama gives birth remove her or make sure there's lots of hiding places and plants (fake is fine too) for the babies to hide in.

well first the male and female mate, then the female is pregnant, slowly her stomach gets bigger, and swollen, and then she'll try to go to a hidden safe place to give birth, when giving birth the female releases a special hormone (dunno what's the name) that made her full, so she won't eat the fries for a few minutes. but she sure will if she's hungry
