Not just messenger, PoF and HotorNot as well. Can I get at them in c drive or some other way?

Keylogger programs can do this. Here's one that is free: http://www.kmint21.com/keylogger/
If you are willing to pay, there's another program called Perfect Keylogger, which I have used before. It has many, many features, and organizes which program produced the text. Really cool: http://www.blazingtools.com/bpk.html ... but costly. Up to $50.
Otherwise, just look through this search page for other keyloggers -- http://www.google.com/search?q=free+key+logger . It's the easiest way to know what's being sent and received. However, if you want screenshots of what's actually going on, and what's being clicked, you may want to download Perfect Keylogger. I believe you can also do a free trial version of it for 30 days to test it out.

Aside from checking the logs...after you find them - copy and paste them into a text file.
