You should not drink alcohol or eat large fish such as shark because they have high mercury levels. Other than that eat lots of healthy foods, and don't skip any meals

if you want a healthy child you shouldn't eat or drink any caffeine products such as: tea pop coffee chocolate, candy, energy drinks, (unless it is caffeine free), when you are pregnant the best thing to eat is calcium and you should buy calcium supplements other wise your bones will be soft and they could become very weak and wont be able to move very easily , and you could end up getting false teeth because the baby takes allot of calcium from you and some times women who are pregnant there bones rot and you could also get blood poisoning although it is not very common it could happen to you especially if you are skinny
or try this site and you can ask doctors a question and they will have a good answer for you

There is a good book that I purchased call "Pregnancy Dos and Don'ts" Most of it is common sense, avoid alcohol, raw foods or unpasturized foods... Use caffeine and artificial sweetners in moderation. Eat lots of fruits, veggies and drink juice. Get some dairy as well.

If you search the internet there should be lots of information on there. Basically avoid nuts, under cooked eggs, raw or undercooked meat and fish or anything that you think may be a food poisoning risk.

Definitely go to a doctor and find out whether or not you're pregnant. The doctor will also give you lists of food/medicines to avoid.
Here's a list of foods to avoid:

And definitely no smoking. Cut out caffeine and alcohol until you ask a doctor what amounts of those are acceptable.

i would say that you should talk to your doctor.... you should make an appointment and ask him/her that question, until then as long as you use common sense (no drugs/ alchohol) you won't do any damage.... however they do recommend only have 2 cups of coffee or any other caffeinated beverage in one day...
