YES!!!! If only everyone would think like you. THAT WAS COOL! You knew that it wasn't yours, and that it was right to call the owner. I definitly believe in KARMA!! Good job.

Yes! Awesome! You did the right thing!
Honesty is the best policy. Perhaps the owner of the wallet will give you a reward.
There are very few people nowadays that would do what you have done! Congratulations! It's nice to see an honest person.
Good luck!
P.S. I did the same thing a few years ago. I found a wallet in the rest room in a local restaurant. I called and arranged for the man to get his wallet. There was only a few dollars in it, so he didn't give me a reward, but that's okay. I felt good afterwards just from doing that little good deed!

yes you did do the right thing and whoever lost the wallet is lucky to have had someone honest find it. there are not too many honest people left in the word. just think of if that was you who lost the wallet and how surprised and happy it would make you to get a call from someone saying they found you wallet AND the money. that could of been that persons utility bill money or something. even though it was not my wallet i would like to thank you anyway for just being a good person with a good heart. take care.

I can tell you without reservation you did the right thing. As for Karma, I believe in it to a degree. Sometimes the evil men do does not revisit itself upon them. It doesn't mean they aren't wrong, or that someday they won't pay for what they did.
I found a wallet on my way to work one day with scads of money and credit cards in it. I knocked on the owner's door and he took it without so much as a "thank you," and shut the door.
Do good deeds anyway, there's more of us than you think and you just made the world a better place. Smile.

Yes you did. Just the reward you get personally within yourself is worth it, it should bolster your own self-confidence as a good person, and yes - Karma is a reality! I know two people (a husband and wife) who admitted once that they found a briefcase and in it contained $800.00 cash , and i'm sure what was other important papers to someone. They took the money and burned the briefcase. Karma is in full effect for these two nowadays, they have no friends, have to move around a lot, lost their jobs, gonna get a car repoed, not good for them - serves em' right....

Yes, you did the right thing by returning the wallet and money. I am sure that the owner will appreciate it dearly, and that you won't have anything negative weighing on your conscious.

Yes, you did the right thing. Especially since the person probably had cards and/or a drivers license or something in there. Those can be a pain to replace.

yes, for all you know that is all the money that person has to feed his/her kids for the next 2 weeks. It really sucks to lose a wallet and have someone dishonest take the contents out.
