Stuffed pork chops with extra stuffing in the pan. Corn on the cob.and a Pastie for the kid who's a picky eater.

I dragged out the Panini Maker and made sandwiches with chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and two kinds of cheese. I fixed a fruit salad, too. It's not too fancy but let me tell you, it's fast!!

whole wheat linguini ( tomato sauce optional, I'm personally going with just feta cheese =b yummeh.), swordfish, hummus w/ pita bread. We have beverage options of Iceland Springs Water, fat free milk, white grape juice, red wine, or Coca light.

I'm eating a grilled chicken salad from McD's...Its good, and a hot fudge sundae to chase it...Its Great!
