Up the street Matt was just closing up shop. All his paperwork had been completed and he was off to Sunshine's place. When he arrived at her farm she had a bath already drawn for him. "Hi, baby....hop in !!" He smiled and was soon relaxing in the water. "AHHhhhhhhh.....this is so nice and warm. Thank you SunnyMac." All at once his reverie was interrupted. SPLASH!! "Hi,baby!!! You're in hot water, now!!"
Matt was jolted out of his solitude...... "Dear God, Sunshine! Why do you ALWAYS surprise the hell out of me?!" She smiled and started tickling his toes.
Sunshine: " Baby, you are all the man......and I DO mean (5) All the man I need.....and I need you RIGHT now!!"
Will they EVER make it to the "ball?"

Matt and Sunshine FINALLY got out of the tub and headed to the ball. When they arrived, everything was in full tilt!! Festus was a'callin' the calls, Sam was fiddling and all the townsfolk were in jolly spirits. Matt and Sunny start to dance. She looks up at him....."So.......did you enjoy your bath?" Matt smiles.
Matt:" SunnyMac, I feel as though I'm on the (4) Top of the world."
Sunshine:" I feel that way every time I'm (3) Close to you."
Matt:" And just think.....( 5) We've only just begun." He holds her tighter and double dips as the crowd looks on and cheers!!
Not EVERYone in the crowd was cheering. Miss Kitty Russell, Matt's former girlfriend, was holding a bottle of Randy Scouse Git Rotgut in one hand and a half smoked stoogie in the other. She took a puff and glared as the smoke drifted through her clenched teeth. Doc wandered over to his old friend. Doc:"Kitty, I think you've had QUITE enough to drink. ...Don't you?" Kitty uncorked the bottle of booze with her teeth and spit the cork out at his feet.
Kitty:" I'll let you know when I've had enough." She belched and took another swig.
As time ticked on, she grew more and more drunk. Finally, after she made a pass at Preacher Profitt, Matt and Doc stepped in. Matt: "Come on Kitty....we're taking you home!"
Kitty looked at her bottle of Rotgut as they dragged her away...."Oh, Randy Scouse Git......(1) I won't last a day without you."
Matt: " Doc......you've gotta talk to her. (2) For all we know she may kill herself with booze." Doc just rubbed his face like he always does and shook his head. It started to rain.
Doc:" Well, you know, Matt..........♫Rainy days and Mondays always get her down."♫

The crime had taken place at the petting zoo. Someone had murdered a female sheep. The ram looked distraught as he bellowed "I WON'T LAST A DAY WITHOUT EWE" The police inspector looked unimpressed by his show of emotion and coldly said "Alright, I want a full report on the happenings during the last 24 hours. I want to know anyone who got CLOSE TO EWE" The ram cried as he said, "You've got to find her murderer. I loved her so much whenever she was around I felt like I was on TOP OF THE WORLD" Again the police inspector looked suspiciously at the ram and said "FOR ALL WE KNOW it could have been you that offed the ewe" The ram said "I didn't do it, I sware it. I may be hard headed and sure I'm a little horny, but I loved her. Will you find who did it?" The inspector said "Don't worry we'll catch the killer. You can't pull the wool over my eyes. Anyway, WE'VE ONLY JUST BEGUN"

Oh when I was young and oh so silly...I always felt I would be..On top of the world..no matter what..no matter with who..or with no one.
Now that I am a grown woman and no longer young and foolish I now know...I won't last a day without you.
Funny when young seems like....We've only just begun..but as we age..we wonder did we become all we wanted or could be? For all we know....maybe not..we will never be sure..for we have done alot..but our we done?
As the years go..so do our dear friends...some die..others move far away...we all get caught up in our lives. So I say your so far away..doesn't anybody stay in one place anymore? It would be so fine to see your face at my door...Close to you!
