I have look it up and all that it says was that it was part of George Washington's letter given to Moses Seixas, warden of Congregation Kahal Kadosh Yeshuat Israel in 1970
I don't want to know where it came from but I want to know the meaning of it.
Thank you ahead of time!

Just break it down. There is nothing good out of being a bigot. There is not peace that comes of that. Hence there is no sanctuary. Look at it like this, if you hate someone, then that hates comes back at you, in the form of violence many times.

If you persecute some one, how is there any assistance. To persecute is to blame and accuse. How are you helping in any Way when you are blaming? That is not solving the problem. Blame goes no where. Facts do.

It's an echo of Seixas own words :

"Seixas expressed his vision of an American government in words that have become a part of the national lexicon. He beheld in the United States “a Government which to bigotry gives no sanction, to persecution no assistance—but generously affording to All liberty of conscience, and immunities of citizenship: - deeming every one, of whatever nation, tongue or language equal parts of the great Governmental Machine: – This so ample and extensive federal union whose basis is Philanthropy, mutual confidence, and public virtue, we cannot but acknowledge to be the work of the Great God, who ruleth the Armies of Heaven, and among the Inhabitants of the Earth, doing whatsoever seemeth [to Him] good.”

It means that the US government, in the eyes of Seixas and Washington, shouldn't permit any anti-semitist bigotry and shouldn't help in any persecutions of Jews. The Jews of Newport looked to the new national government, and particularly to the enlightened president of the United States, to remove the last of the barriers to religious liberty and civil equality confronting American Jewry.

"to bigotry no sanction to persecution no assistance"

translation:
We will not support prejudicial (prejudice) opinions or help punish people for their personal views or beliefs.

P.S. How could George Washington write a letter in 1970 if he died in 1799???? lol
