Our homebuilders have thrown lumber and everything else in our jacuzzi bathtub. It appears that it has a chip in the top edge of the tub. Can the tub be properly fixed or will it be having problems on down the road?

It can be easily fixed with a epoxy- cement sold in any big grocery store, auto store or hardware store. It is two different liquids, one is a epoxy the other is a hardener. When mixed together they form a paste that you spread over a chip, break or hole and is as or stronger then the repaired item when it hardens.

Go to "Advanced Auto" and get an epoxy repair kit for cheap. Follow directions. If you want to do a Bang-up job then go to Home Depot and get the Tub repair kit next for $35.00 and follow directions again.

I would then send the bill, along with the hourly charges to the builders. This is why they carry insurance or bonds
