Has anyone NOT leaked during pregnancy? I know many women do like in the shower, during sex etc...has anyone not? The Dr said it was fine and would still come in right after delivery due to the hormones etc but Im just wondering if anyone else was in that situation. I guess I should be happy Im not complaining!

I didn't leak at all until my milk came in. So don't fret! The surge in hormones and shift in what's there hormone-wise will make you make milk. If it takes time or you feel you don't have enough, don't despair, get help! See http://www.kellymom.org, and talk with a lactation consultant, perhaps attend a La Leche League meeting in your area before you're close to giving birth, so you've got a good idea of waht to expect.

I have not leaked during pregnancy and I'm currently pregnant with my third. I only leaked after my babies were born. I don't think you have anything to worry about. It is probably out of the norm to leak BEFORE giving birth.

You can have small breast or even bigger breast. It just depends on your emotions. Some people leak at every baby carrying, even during pregnancy, some people don't. I didn't the first three pregnancies but my fourth and fifth I have. It just happens, just put a wash rag in your bra everyday just in case. Kisses and good luck, Terrie

I only did a few times. And I only think it was due to the position I slept in - like it must have put too much pressure on them and I'd have a few spots on my shirt when I woke up. Other than that I didn't leak.

I have never leaked during pregnancy, but while nursing, I was constantly leaking everywhere!

My breasts never leaked in any of my pregnancies (3) and i breast fed my last one just fine.

I didn't leak for my first two pregnancies and I'm not leaking for my third.

several of my friends never leaked till after the baby was born. i wouldnt worry about it...you should be cool

i didn't leak at all when i was pregnant. after i gave birth that was totally different. i had to wear a bra to bed. that's when it was the worst

I didn't leak at all. I was able to breastfeed my son. I didn't leak when I breastfed either.
