I know about domain and hosting but How exactly do I get it on internet? I do have a domain name as a website can be created without it! It's parked but how do I get it to internet?

You have to upload all the pages and folders you created to a domain. Geocities.com gives you a free space where you can upload all your files easily, but they have advertisement.
There is a Free hosting websites where you can upload all your files using FTP, or manually without any ads ,,

you need a host. A host is a company that will give your page a name for others to access it. Most internet service providers give you dedicated space to upload ur pages. You might want to check with them. Also you can try one of the free ones that place banner advertisements inexchange for hosting your site. Try geocities.yahoo.com (the free one unless ur willing to pay. There are many companies that offer this service for a price (some have space,access restrictions so be careful). If this is your first site, try using a free one to get the hang of it. Search for 'website host site' to get many companies offering this service. Hope this helps.

You need a web address that is yours
There are quite a few sites that will host your site but I don't have any to hand that I can recommend

Your ISP may offer webspace
Whoever offers you the facility should also tell you how to upload your website

You would need to purchase a domain or use a free one. Once you have that then you would upload the files to that domain and then you would have your website online.

You need a domain name, ie. yahoo.com or mywebsite.com
Then you need to have it hosted, like a parking lot for a car, once you have a fixed location, people will now now to find your car, they need to goto this parking lot.
