Were you ever served by a constable or a process server or did you sign a waiver? Your wife can file a Motion to Nonsuit and the case will be disolved with the court at anytime.

i don't see why you experience so undesirable and immature. What you probably did became into what you needed to do on the time. So now you replaced your ideas and desperate which you will possibly want to aim and artwork it out. So if he does get served then all you would be able to desire to do is clarify to him which you seen a divorce yet you have in view that replaced your ideas to work out if that's labored out. If he won't be in a position to comprehend that then you quite have not have been given a wager at a powerful marriage besides. you in addition to mght do not would desire to aim and justify your movements by ability of asserting all you probably did became into sign a petition. That sounds immature. So i does not say that to him. i'm uncertain no rely if that's merely too previous due or not by ability of how. no rely if that's then you quite can enable the choose know which you have replaced your ideas. good good fortune.

Have you wife call the lawyer and cancel the petition for divorce. There might be a few for the time they spent working on your file, but it should not be too much.

If you and your wife do not wish to divorce she should tell her lawyer immediately and ask him to dismiss the case. If she does not, you should get a lawyer.

You can have the attorney do a Motion to Dismiss or just leave it lay. If nothing happens in a certain period of time the case will get dismissed by the Court.

Congratulations on your reconcilliation!!

Since you are paying a lawyer, why don't you ask them? All states are different.

And you really must have pissed her off to do something like that.....she will probably end up leaving later on....just so you know, once you realize how easy it is to leave...well.....
