I think what you are talking abut is call "Chaff". Chaff drops is no secret and have been done for decades by the military. However, based on pure physics and chemistry, I really don't think chaff drops has anything to do with the attempt to control weather. Nothing to my knowledge supports that theory. I'm sure the military has a good reason for this drops. The drops are never kept a secret and they show up daily on radars across the country. So I don't think there are any worry about this. And certainly. there are no secret about them occurring the each time they do drop chaff because they can be easily detected.
There are lots of information available on chaff on the Internet. Anybody who works with radars, including but not limited to operators of doppler weather radars, air traffic controllers, ship captains, private pilots, and maybe even the state troopers and your average backyard certified radar collector are likely trained to know how to identify them so that they will not think it is weather related returns or think this is a ship in dense fog, or a stalled car on the highway or a stray cow in the woods. There is nothing top secret about them when a chaff drop is made. All kidding aside, I can't see this as something used to control weather.

dude... you know that 2. I always knew that they did something to control the weather but that is just beyond belief. wow this will give me something to think about next time i get HIGH!!!! okay seriously who would believe that the government would do that. Even if they did what would metallic particles do in controling the weather!!!! nothing!!! sure people would be inhaling alot more metals and our health may be declining under the minutest assumption that the government does that. Anyways sorry for my spelling but i would say that would be the most useless thing for the government to do.

Definitely. HARP is all about that. Listen to Coast to Coast radio with Art Bell and George Noory, they can create all kinds of weather and I've been told earthquakes-just to keep the peasants stirred up-that us. A fear tactic to keep us in line with their program and charge more taxes.

There's no science behind what you say. Metal doesn't control the weather. You need to find a better conspiracy to worry about.

If they are doing anything to control the weather in this country.. I wouldn't be surprised. The government will do ANYTHING for what is convenient to them, and for money.
