Even if my neighbors were nosy, I wouldn't wear a t-shirt like that..I think most t-shirts with messages on them are kind of lame and tacky..
That's just my opinion, but whatever's cool, just do what you want. I'm sure lots of people think such things are quite humorous..

I am the nosy neighbor. But in my defense I live near someone who is worth being nosy for.

my neighbor to the left is an old italian lady and she knows just about everything in the block and always asks me where im going if she sees me.
i would definitely wear that.
