I don't believe in global warming, but I still recycle my waste, such as newspaper.

No matter what, the govt should stay out of off this.

No we shouldn't. If you feel comfortable telling the families of the hundreds of thousands of laid off workers that you bought a foreign product instead of an American product that would have put food on their table because of a liberal political campaign then go ahead. Buy a Toyota or Mitsubishi or whatever. I love my Dodge, I am glad I helped our country. Global warming is not human caused and therefore cannot be solved by human means. Yes, the temperatures are rising but it is all caused by the sun. Take a temperature reading at 8 a.m. and a second one at 2 p.m. Unless you are right next to a fire or a volcano, I would be willing to bet that the temperature is much higher during the second test. This is all caused by the sun. It is not as constant as people think. The sun has fluctuations in its emissions. These fluctuations take place of long periods of time and therefore we see the slight increase in temperatures over long periods of time.

Most definitely.
As a matter of FACT.
Those in the world who know Man caused Global Climate change is a farce, actually conserve and recycle 100's of times more and better than the proponents of global warming/cooling.

I really think we should conserve for no other reason then to bring demand down and along with it the price of fuel. I don't like the idea of our Government saying "Let's regulate the car industry" I think what they should be saying is "NASA you get no more free rides till you discover an alternative to the internal cumbustion engine...you do this and we will set up a space station on the moon for you." Or tell the Postal Service "No more gas burning vehicles they sit for twelve hours a night so you can recharge the batteries on your new and improved electric postal vehicles." And tell themselves "OK you need a jet to fly from Washington to California?...you got it but you have to pay for the fuel the upkeep and the Hanger fees."

Conservation need not be about global warming. We should all conserve, recycle, and use renewable energy sources every second we have in this earth. Easier to do the right thinks than living as if you are in a third world country.

Yes we should, but that isnt the point of the global warming doomsdayers. What they want is either to weaken the US economy, make a name for themselves on what they consider a hot topic right now, or gain more power on a fake political issue to give themselves more strength.

These people are such phonies and are using the media to push an agenda that could seriously hurt the US economy if pushed too far.

Well, if you mean things like putting in high efficieny light bulbs and turnin them off when you dont use them,
If you mean using a more efficient car to do your mass transit, and keeping your car tuned and running well and even makin some modifications so that it is more efficient and clean.
If you mean doing things that just make sense then absolutely.
It will save you money as well as conserve.

But this has not a damn thing to do with global warming as far as im concerned.

of course everyone should conserve... just out of common decency... Global Warming is a farce.. the problem with allowing the Global Warming Dweebs to continue to push their invalid point is that it is beginning to cripple this nation. We can't afford to waste billions of dollars on a non-existent issue so rich Libs like Al Gore can profit from it.

Yes, but it's not just a matter of conservation. If we were to develop green energy, solar, wind, hydroelectric...etc, we could not only mitigate global warming, but also kick the fossil fuel habit completely and stop sending troops to the middle east to "spread freedom and democracy".

Global warming is real enough, just this B.S. that we are causing it is not.
That being said, we, you, me, everybody should absolutely do their part in keeping the earth as clean as we can.
Meaning we don't dump garbage into lakes or rivers, we do not needlessly cut down forests, we do not exterminate animal species and on and on_____!

Yes we should! I'm a tree hugger but not a fanatic and I think we should do all we can to conserve. I've been learning about all the alternative building materials out there and find them to be pretty nice stuff.
