I assume the name is French or fake-French. In French, the masculine version is "Dion" and the feminine is "Dionne".

If you're thinking about mispelling it, read the book "Freakonomics", the chapter about whether a person succeeds and fails in life, based on their name. People whose names are deliberately misspelled fail more often. The suggestion is that creative spelling is a result of the parents' lack of education. Education - yours and your parents' - is the best determinator of future success. You know, things like spelling a name Jordin, Jordyn, Jorden etc. instead of Jordan. Or Shayleen, Shelleen, Shaylen, etc.

(There's a whole discussion on whether certain misspellings are "black culture" traits and whether that contributes to failure and why, but that's a touchy subject.)

Besides, if you spell it funny, how are you ever going to find souvenir mugs and fake license plates and other such things?
