She probably just wants to prove how big she is in the world that she can actually stop a judge from sending her to jail. I don't think she's scared at all. It's all about her star power.
But hey if Michael Jackson and OJ can do it, why not Paris?

Because prisons are unpleasant, intrusive, and dangerous places, and even if she gets a degree of special treatment it still isn't exactly the high life, which is all she knows. Most people would be afraid of spending 45 days in jail.

Because she hates the idea of a grilled cheese made with an iron that she'll probably make for herself!
She also hates the fashion there or lack thereof!
Serves her right for violating parole- if it happened to you or I we would have the book thrown at us.
She's lucky she didn't kill someone drinking and driving.

she has to sleep on cotton sheets (or whatever kind of sheets jails use_?
she has to be seen without make-up, perfumes, accessories, etc.?
she's too spoiled and girly and picky that she considers staying somewhere else other than a mansion or Hilton suite IS JAIL!

Simple; she's rich she spoiled she has "people" to do lots of menial things for her. She has a limited concept of realty.
In the real world people who commit crimes go to jail.
