Remember the sign "We Have the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone''? I would do the same if I were the restaurant owner.
OJ continues to attract opposing crowds wherever he goes and to avoid any problems, I would definitely ask him to leave if I'm the owner of that restaurant. He is an obnoxious person.

The owner had every right to refuse service to what he probably thought was a cold blooded murderer as some DO think.
Wait.....................do I hear Big Al, Jesse and the NAACP warming up again?????

Yes, it is legal. There is no constitution right that guarantees the right to be served at a restaurant.

Don't think that the owner had him leave because of race, but because he thought OJ got away with murder, and disgusted with that.
