Allways count your BLESSINGS..no matter how bad things seem, there's always someone who's much worse off than you. Are you begging on the street from day to day with no where to live? Can you walk and talk and see the beautiful world...what about people that can't? Is there food in your stomach and clothes on your back....how many people in the world can't say that they do? It's easy to get frustrated with daily problems but you have to learn to laugh them off and stay positive and when you feel like this, stop and force yourself to count on your fingers all the good things about your situation, it will help. Try to remember when you were a child and every new day brought adventure and something new---there's so many things to do in this world, it'll never end so just go with your best effort.
Have a contented day, Paul

I found the something better to replace it. This world is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, it is not our real home. We are not this body, IE, race, color, nationality, religion, job, mind, intellect, etc. We are eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah,Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never Die only the body dies. The only way to be truly happy is to reconnect with our Maker. The quickest and easiest way is to Chant the Maha mantra (The great mantra for deliverance from all suffering and illusion) for info go to harekrishnatemple.com Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada- Tell's all.

You can choose whatever attitude you wish. If you decide to give into feelings of hopelessness then that is what you will have to deal with. On the other hand if you elect to have a good day and stick to it, chances are that nobody can really drag you down. It has the added benefit of driving people who try, just absolutely fruitcakes.

If you have been experiencing this feeling for atleast a couple of weeks, you may be depressed. If your sleeping or eating habits have changed, that may be also an indicator. Go to your local doctor and tell them how you feel. They may prescribe you an SSRI. If you need someone to talk to, they will refer you to a psychiatrist. You're not alone, many people go through this. Hope this helps

Nobody else controls your thoughts but you. You have the power to view it from any point of view you decide. Sort of a lame song but true: When You're Smiling, The Whole World Smiles With You.

Well, I guess it depends on how long you feel this way. Do you think you are depressed? Maybe talk to a therapist. It could never hurt. No need to feel bad if there are ways to make you feel good and more optimistic.
All the best!
