I am not sure you ever resist temptation permanently. What is easy for you to resist today may be difficult for you to resist tomorrow. However, I have been able to overcome:
Smoking
Watching violent tv programs/movies
Using profanity (on a regular basis)...smile
Going to bars

Not many, life is forever throwing pleasures that is hard 2 resist. The devil is always presenting challenges that pit you against good and evil.
Everyday i struggle just 2 stay focus.
Certain things I can refrain from easily n other things are more difficult, like sex.

A couple in my day sweet Blue, but I am sometimes haunted by the ones I was unable to resist. But hey, they make up the Yin and Yang of life. You have positive moments and you have negative moments.
