It is no secret the Aztecs used corn dogs as as spears. In times out drought and low corn yeilds, they fashioned corn dogs out of sticks and clay, painted to match.

Yeah as a propoganda weapon. Some Japanese in WWII would surrender when offered gum. There is a old fantasy story of European story where enemy troops were fired on by food and the hungry enemy stopped to eat and didn't notice they were being surrounded. I would imagine hungry people would still surrender when offered a corndog.

Deep-fried foods probably do kill more Americans each year than do terrorist bombs (keep in mind that 9/11 actually used no bombs). And, I'm not just talking heart disease - fires from careless deep frying probably claim a few lives, too.
