i have a picture of me that i want to make my background but its to small and when i stretch its blurry WHAT DO I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You cannot do too much since it is a small pic, get a better one.

it is blurry when streched because this pic was taken, in low resolution, re-take this picture again in hi resolution, it will be fine (set your digital cam on higher resolution), you can tell if the pic is high res from its size, usually pics size over 1MB are good.

Nothin you can do short of taking a new pic in higher resolution. You cant replace data in a picture when there is no data!

nothing, you are trying to make 1 pixel split into 2 or more, so the pixel get bigger, hence the blur, you need a better higher resolution picture taken.
