Well personally i would like Blair to face a court room to answer charges for what he has done to this country. Lets not wait that long. He was lying in question time last week about the report into 7/7 and for that he should face a murder trial himself. So he can follow Lord Archer and see how he copes in the over crowed prisons he has made and hang out with the working class he has failed, who have to turn to crime because the Labour party no longer give them a voice. Or maybe an illegal immigrant holding prison, i gather there is more room in those.
I am now annoyed when i think that Blair is going to be able to walk from the commons to do after dinner events and maybe the odd panto whilst others blood is shed to clear up his mess. Devil in Lambs clothes. Gruff, Blahh Bla Err

I think Blair has been a very good prime minister. He along with Kinnock and John Smith before made the Labour party into an electable party. He has won three general elections. If he was as bad as the anti Blair bandwagon now say how come the electorate kept bringing him back. Record amounts of money have been ploughed into the NHS and education. Waiting lists have been drastically cut in hospitals. There are more doctors nurses and police. The minimum wage was introduced. Unemployment was cut. The economy has been stable for years (not the boom and bust policy of the conservatives). He has worked wonders in Northern Ireland. People jumping on the bandwagon now of slating Blair be warned. What is the alternative? Surely not Cameron. No policies and no concept whatsoever of the real world. Blair can be proud of his record and will be remembered I am sure as a good and honest man who did what he thought was right. People always love to slag someone off but they do not come up with any alternative that is better.

Doubt it. Those that believe in him now will believe in him then.
Just look at Maggie, disastrous for a large percentage of the population, social policies put back years, monolithic monopolies created which provide criminal levels of service (BT 32% satisfaction level), train services, National health service still suffering because Blair hadn't the balls to overturn her 'market reforms' significantly. Yet some people still think she was the best thing that ever happened to the UK nearly 20 years later!

Blair's popularity diminished a long time ago in Britain. Folks already recognize what a terrible PM he has been....but to be fair, it can't be easy running the United Kingdom while his head has been up GWB's butt for the past 4+ years!

NO because he wasn't. He has been one of the best Prime Ministers we have ever had.
I can understand people not agreeing with that statement if they are against the Iraq War, but to forget the 4 Million unemployed, the 15% Interest Rates, not enough Nurses, not enough Police on the streets, the utter mess this Country was in when Labour came to power after Thatcher had destroyed it? I just think people are either sheep who follow the herd or they have very short memories....or of course they are Tory voters.

I think we already know that he has been the most, vain, insincere, lying and incompetent PM ever. Trouble is, once we've had a stint of the dreaded Gorgon, Blair might be viewed more kindly in 10 years time!

I think just the way historians have already voted Bush the worst president ever, I think Tony Blair will be tarnished with the same brush for associating with Bush.

Do we have to wait Ten years. The man has no principles. All he wants is to be all things to all men, and so to be popular. Look at the stunt he's upto now. Going to Sedgefield to tell the local party he is resigning, no doubt they will all have hanky's out crying. My-self I will be cheering from the rafters.

If Tony Blair is as bad as some of the sheep on here say he is. Then how did the Labour Party with TB as leader win the Major Elections THREE times?
