An honest answer to your question is there are several if your desired result is lose weight whatever the cost ...to your health.
There are several slimming supplements that reduce weight quite dramtically but can lead to heart disease and heart failure, not to mention the possible addictive qualities that they have.
Buying slimming tablets over the counter or from the web is very easy. There is no standardising and so manufacturers can make wild claims as to their success rate without fully making any possible side effects or scientic proof clearly visible.
Do your research well.
Look for clinical proof, medical endorsements and a CE mark of approval.
Remember - the biggest weapon you have in your quest for reducing your weight is your own determination.
Supplements DO and WILL work but only if combined with good old fashioned healthy diet and excercise.

Proper diet and exercise...
Accept no substitutes! (Atleast if you don't like being wired on caffine tablets, since that is all most "diet pills" are.)
