Does anyone know how many actors are currently living in LA?

Does anyone know where I can find the current stats on how many actors are living in LA, both employed and unemployed? If you have the approximate number that would be great! If you also have a reference that would be even better!!! I am working on a project for a speech class and need those stats. Thanks, =)

The answer in basic terms is infinite. So many actors and would be actors live in Los Angeles.

For your project you might want to contact some talent agencies and acting representation to get an approximation on those stats.
