Microsoft Paint will do the trick. It is not really an advance program but good for just a couple of words. Right click on the file and choose Open with, there you can find Paint

MS Paint

Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint

Inside MS Paint first go to Image then click Draw Opaque, then add text.

one thank you to do it is to insert a table on the internet site first. Then split the table into columns and placed the image in a single column and the text fabric in the different column. desire that helps.
