Ok, yes, I'm an adult but hear me out, ok? I think the problem with young girls and belly rings is not so much the ring as the fact that you almost always want to start wearing clothes to show off your new accessory...a.k.a. belly shirts, which are sort of trashy. That is, I think, the problem adults have with belly rings.
I personally think they are cool and very attractive on the right belly ( after having 4 kids, that would not be MY belly, unfortunatly) but just keep in mind why adult think the way they do.

Yes your too young, main reason you are still the peak years of growing. Plus you are in major hormon flux - getting a belly button ring is asking for many problems. Wait at least another 4 years. Its really not that far away.

I'm13, and I think that it doesn't make sense, cuz when will u b able 2 show it off? Trust me, u DO NOT want 2 show off that part of ur body yet. especially with these crazy perverts in the world! I think u should wait until u have someone 2 show it 2, cuz u don't want random guys using that as an excuse 2 stare at u.

the adults are the ones that you need to listen to. why do you want it anyway? for popularity? because your friend shave it? to make you feel better? all of that is a crock of s***. belly buttons are a severe hassle, they hurt like you wouldn't believe. write down the reasons why you want it. if they are looking like its to please other, then dont do it. if its a majority for yourself, show your parents, and maybe they will be more receptive to your request.
****
i thought about it some more. and I'm a guy, the first thing i think when i see piercings is "easy target", as do all guys. do you really want that mark for you? all guys think piercings make a girl more sexually available. and that's probably why your parents are so against it. wait till youre 18 and go wild. by then you will have to answer for your own mistakes, and not them.

Sometimes you have to show identification that youre at least 18 in order to get body piercings.
********
That said, getting your bellybutton pierced is kind of passe. My friends and I had ours done a few years ago but have since removed them b/c they became too "trendy."
If you still feel like you want one consider a fake one-lots of stores have magnet belly rings.
Something else to think about are your parents-how happy are they going to be when they discover this? Sounds like it might be a real drag to deal with their response.
Hope this helps!

yes, too young!! You will come across as a young trailor trash
slut. Not a good image. If I were your parent, and if your parents care it wouldn happen. I have a 14 yr old daughter and I wouldnt let her have one as long as she lived in my house. 18 or not.
She wouldnt anyway since shes not that kind of person.
Image is everything!!

a lot of people probably think your to young but if your mother didn't stop you from getting one they can't really do anything about .but just remember to be careful with the choices you make about your body because you might not be able to change it back like a tattoo.

I pierced mine myself when I was 13 about three different times. i took it out cuz i got paranoid of my parents finding out. (i dont recommend doing it yourself unless you are educated on it!) when I got mine done for my 16th birthday professionally, i was glad i waited because i got filmed for a commercial for the tattoo place i went to while getting pierced! The only bad thing is that my piercing hole morphed into the old one that i did myself when i was 13. it kinda sucks and makes me paranoid it will fall out/rip
