I want to ask this girl out but she thinks i am a nerd and a loner but i have many friends. i am kinda shy and not real talketive. how do i ask her outr and where should i go?

Ok, ask her out when a bunch of her friends ARENT around. Try to get her alone to ask her. Think about what you want to say beforehand. You should only say what youre comfortable saying. If youre comfortable saying, "Im really into you, do you wanna hang out this weekend" then say that. Otherwise, just say something like, "You seem pretty cool-maybe we can hang out sometime." If youre clever or have a good sense of humor you can approach it that way also-like, "Ive been waiting for YOU to ask ME out but that doesnt seem to be happening so...wanna go out sometime."
As to where you should go: That depends on your age. Ill assume youre a teenager? How about the movies and then somewhere afterwards to talk about the movie, flirt, etc.
If you feel weird or shy hanging out with her on your own make it a group date-we used to do that all the time. A mixture of guys and girls going out together takes lots of pressure off. Do this until you guys feel comfortable going out one on one.

I don't think you want a No for an answer. So before you ask that, you do have to build a good friendship first. If she likes to be your friend too, you will get to know what she likes and don't like and those things will help you in the future.
If you ask very early, the risk of a rejection is higher. Usually for fast ones, have a cup of coffee, if she drinks coffee, is a good start.. just to get to know each other.

You just call her over to the side away from other people and tell her that you want to get to know her more. Ask her if she wants to go and get something to eat with you around the school or ask her to study with you in the library so that you can hang out a little bit. Maybe if things go well you can ask her for her number.

you can go for the old school method and just simply ask her out like "hey Ive seen you around you seem like a great person would you like to have dinner with me" this method is alright but your going to have to become more talkative use topics like family, school, interest, if she does a sport or performing arts, current events, and then build off of that. get like a good conversation going like 60% her talking 40 you.

The fun date like hey weathers breaking lets go out and enjoy the good weather take her to like miniature golf place and then find a park with a huge hill and take her ice blocking, your never to old to go ice blocking plus a block of ice is like 3.00 get too and you guys can ride those down some monster hill and have a good laugh about it. you know show her your a real fun guy

another fun thing to do is get like a double date or a group of people and go to a baseball game and invite her along and just talk to her through out the game, explain the game of baseball to her when she ask and just make sure she is having a great time

does she really think your a nerd? as in shes told you? thats kind of harsh if she did, forget about her.
if not and you just think she thinks your a nerd then let her get to know the real you (the one with all the friends) and work from there, as in ask her if its okay to hang out with her sometime.

trust me some girls say they dont like nerds and loners but their lying they do, I was like that in high school, just be sweet and try not to be that shy but personaly I like shy guys but just remember that being really shy and not talking is not good because the girl can think that your not intersted.

ask her if she wants to go with u and a few friends to a movie or something like that. that way its not so awkward and she will have a chancec to see ur not a nerd and that ur a cool guy. u'll have a better shot at it
