When water is in the vapor form, it is lighter than the average molecular weight for air. (If it weren't, then there would be no water vapor in the air to condense and form clouds.) The molecular weight of water vapor is @ 18. average for dry air is @ 27.
Since the weight of air is what creates barometric pressure, heavy (dry) air creates higher barometric pressure and more water in the air creates lower pressure.

I think it will increase the tempature.I think that,because it is taking cold air off the ground and into the air.When it does that it starts to rain, which means it has to have some coldness into it.

You know there is rain or an approaching storm when the barometric pressure drops.
