When putting up your home for rent, what do you think would make the rental advertisement more exciting?

What would make your ad more visible to the community of people who are looking our for rental units?

Put the monthly rental rate in the ad and make it as low as you are willing to go.

Put an enfasis in the living square feet and the size of the yard, also what schools are close by, hospitals, shopping centers and how quiet is the neighborhood.
