Salchicha con Huevo -- Cheo Feliciano (lyrics a bit on the "suggestive" side but amazing chacha!)
El Raton -- Cheo Feliciano (slow but amazing to dance to, lots of breaks allow for creative and expressive dancing)
You can probably find the Cheo Feliciano songs on Fania or Fania All-Stars CDs.
Others:
Ven Pa Bailar -- Poncho Sanchez (nice calm song)
Munecas del ChaChaCha -- Celia Cruz con La Sonora Matancera (fast, but it's Celia, and very old-school)
Vivio en El Monte -- Papi Oviedo
Majarete (con leche?) -- ????? This one of the best songs ever, but I don't know who it is or where to find it. I only hear it in clubs!
