Pre-teens are 10, 11 and 12. Teens are 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19.

Just cause it ends in TEEN dont mean 18-19 are teens. Its how you spell those numbers.

I think really 13-18. If your in high school then your a teen no matter what.

0-14 i think are kids, 15-17-18 teens, 18-19 adult(depending how you act, that makes a difference of how people see you, not your age.)

The first 'teen' would be 13 or thirTEEN.
You're really a teen until nineTEEN (19) but most people wouldn't say that you're a teen that long. So I'd say from 13-17 you're a teenager. At 18 you're considered a young adult.
