If you can log onto the computer then you can try this:

Right click My Computer
Click "Manage"
A computer management console will open up. Under "System Tools" you will see "Local Users and Groups", if you expand that you will see a folder named "Users". When you open that folder you will see a list of all the user accounts on the computer.
If you right click any of them, you can choose "Set Password..."
You will get a warning telling you that you should only do this if you forgot the password. Click Proceed, then choose a new password.
Do that to the Administrator account. If there is no account called administrator, then choose the account which has the following in the details column: "Built in account for administering the..."

Right click on your My Computer icon and select Manage (or select Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management). This will launch the Computer Management interface. In that, locate Local Users and Groups and expand to the Users entry. Locate the Administrator account and reset the password.

This will work as long as you have an account with administrator rights, even if not the Administrator account.

You need a password removal tool. Search some newsgroups and you should have no probs. Email me if you wish, and I may be able to send you one with some instructions...
