They work very well at increasing the bank balances of the crooks who sell them. Your penis is the size that is determined by your genes. You can't rub cream on your ear and make it bigger, and you can't do that to your penis either. No pill will make your little toe bigger; the same with your penis. Some of these pills are made of stuff like old drywall and can make you very sick.
Nobody else cares about the size if your penis. Women are totally mystified that guys even care a little bit about their measurements. Penises all work the same, and unless there is something pathological, like micropenis (1"), then they are all big enough. Get over it.

Men's Health Mag. did a study and found that they don't do a thing. They did find that putting the penis into a plastic vacumn chamber for 20 min. per day did make the penis longer and fatter. I can't remember the name of the company that makes them and I don't have that issue of MH any more...but you should be able to search it out on the web.
