These violent delights have violent ends
And in their triumph die, like fire and powder
Which as they kiss conusume. The sweetest honey
Is loasthsome in his own deliciousness
And in the taste confounds the appetite
Therefore love moderately: Long love doth so;
Too swift arrives as tardy as too slow

Well first. This is what he is practically saying in english :

These sudden joys have sudden endings. They burn up in victory like fire and gunpowder. When they meet, as in a kiss, they explode. Too much honey is delicious, but it makes you sick to your stomach. Therefore, love each other in moderation. That is the key to long-lasting love. Too fast is as bad as too slow.

Next i suggest you get a version of the book that has it in shakespeare's language and in english.

What he is saying in this quote:
He's talking about love. He's saying don't go to fast or slow. The key to having a long relationship is going at just the right pace for your love.

He's saying that don't love too much, love moderately. Honey, if too sweet, isn't very good, since it is too much of one thing. Friar Laurence is all about moderation. If you love too quickly too much or too slow causes love to end faster, but moderation produces long love.

Hard isn't it?
And the most frustrating is, it is just English.

All this eagerness will end messy
They will destroy eachother.
bla bla
bla bla
Take in moderation
To much love will kill you just as sure as none at all.
